Return Policy

We accept returns & exchanges on all U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery to you. Please read more about our policies carefully below.

Thank you for investing in shoes that will last you a long time, and a more sustainable future.

 

ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES MUST INCLUDE & MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE:

  1. Shoes in their original condition placed in original shoebox with dust bag.
  2. Shoes should be tried on, on a soft, carpeted surface to prevent any wear and tear on the leather and soles.
  3. Return shipping label provided by us.

    Please be kind to your soles until you have made up your mind. Items with any signs of wear and tear or worn soles will be rejected and returned to sender.

    Returns that do not meet our standard policy will be sent back and will incur an additional $30 service fee.

     

    EXCHANGES - U.S. ORDERS:

    You are able to exchange for a new size, color or style through our portalYou are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which typically ranges from $12 - $25 depending on your location. However, if you have purchased Redo for an extra $3-$4 at checkout, we will cover all return shipping costs for you.

    Please note, after the first exchange per order is made, you will only be able to request one additional exchange or receive store credit. A refund will not be available.

    We thank you for understanding our strict policies as a small business.

    Return shipping costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which typically ranges from $12 - $25 depending on your location. However, if you have purchased Redo for an extra $3-$4 at checkout, we will cover all return shipping costs for you.

    Return process: initiate your return through our return portal, which will guide you step-by-step and provide a shipping label.

    Shipping labels: you must use the shipping label provided through our portal. We will not accept or track any other return labels aside from the one we provide.

    Inspection and refunds: all returned merchandise will be carefully inspected before issuing any refunds. This ensures that items meet our return requirements and helps maintain the quality of our products.

    This policy applies to all payment methods, including Buy Now & Pay Later options through ZIP.

     

    SALE ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

    THIS INCLUDES ANY ITEMS SOLD WITH A DISCOUNT OR COUPON CODE OF 20% OR MORE.

    Refunds and exchanges of sale items will be credited in the form of a DANIELLA SHEVEL gift card only.

    For exchanges or store credit on sale items please email us at care@daniellashevel.com with your order number and if you want to exchange or receive store credit. We will get back to you promptly.

     

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE OF THE U.S):

    Shoes are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. A breakdown of shipping, duties & taxes are added at checkout for you to see. We handle all remittance of duties & taxes so that your package is delivered to you without been held up at customs. 

    Shipping time is approximately 3-5 days.

    International orders are eligible for exchanges within 30 days. Please email us at care@daniellashevel.com to set up an exchange.

     

    STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR RECEIVE STORE CREDIT:

      1. Log in to our RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PORTAL to provide your order information and follow the instructions to process your exchange or return seamlessly.
      2. You can choose to do an exchange, receive a refund, or receive store credit for your return in the portal above.
      3. Refunds will be made back to the original method of payment.
      4. If your return package is not shipped within 7 days of the issue of your request, then your request will expire, and the return shipping label will no longer be valid.
      5. Please pack your return in protective packaging for shipment and use the free shipping label provided through the portal above.
      6. We kindly ask that you allow up to 15 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons.

     

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

    DANIELLA SHEVEL, LLC (daniellashevel.com) does not accept returns on any items purchased from any retailers other than daniellashevel.com. We are happy to answer any questions related to DANIELLA SHEVEL products but are unable to process any returns, exchanges, credits, refunds or repairs for any product purchased outside of daniellashevel.com. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions above.

    Daniellashevel.com will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records. Daniellashevel.com reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
