Return Policy

We accept returns & exchanges on all U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery to you (please note: items bought with sale code DSBF or DSBF20 are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless you purchase Kover assurance at checkout). Please read more about our policies carefully below.

Please note: we have updated our return policy as of October 21, 2021. For orders placed prior to October 21, 2021 requesting a return within 14 days of delivery please reach out to us at service@daniellashevel.com for assistance.

 

ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES MUST INCLUDE & MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE:

  1. Shoes in their original condition placed in original shoebox with dust bag.
  2. Shoes should be tried on, on a soft, carpeted surface to prevent any wear and tear on the leather and soles.
  3. Return shipping label provided by us.

    Please be kind to your soles until you have made up your mind. Items with any signs of wear and tear or worn soles will be rejected and returned to sender.

    Returns that do not meet our standard policy will be sent back and will incur an additional $30 service fee.

     

    EXCHANGES - U.S. ORDERS:

    All exchanges are free.

    You are able to exchange for a new size, color or style through our portal below.

    Please note, after the first exchange per order is made, you will only be able to request one additional exchange or receive store credit. A refund will not be available.

    We thank you for understanding our strict policies as a small business.

    Please be kind to your soles until you have made up your mind. Items with any signs of wear and tear or worn soles will be rejected and returned to sender.

    RETURNS - U.S. ORDERS:

    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. On average, return rates are $12-$25 depending on where you are located from our New York warehouse.

    The return shipping cost will be deducted from your order directly prior to issuing any refunds.

    Please follow the steps below through our portal to make your return.

    You must send back your return using the shipping label provided through our portal.

    We will not accept nor track any other return labels other than the one we provide.

    All returned merchandise will be carefully inspected prior to issuing any refunds. 

    This policy applies for all payment methods including Buy Now & Pay Later payment methods through ZIP. 

     

    SALE ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

    THIS INCLUDES ANY ITEMS SOLD WITH A DISCOUNT OR COUPON CODE OF 15% OR MORE. THIS INCLUDES OUR BLACK FRIDAY SALE WITH CODE: DSBF OR DSBF20.

    Refunds and exchanges of sale items will be credited in the form of a DANIELLA SHEVEL gift card only.

    For exchanges or store credit on sale items please email us at service@daniellashevel.com with your order number and if you want to exchange or receive store credit. We will get back to you promptly.

    You can purchase Kover Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund on sale items. You can learn more about Kover Return Assurance below.

     

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE OF THE U.S):

    Shoes are shipped from our warehouse in the United States with a flat $25 shipping fee. International orders are currently non-refundable. Shoes are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. 

    Exports from the United States are subject to taxes and duties as determined by the destination country.

     

    STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR RECEIVE STORE CREDIT:

      1. Log in to our RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PORTAL to provide your order information and follow the instructions to process your exchange or return seamlessly.
      2. You can choose to do an exchange, receive a refund, or receive store credit for your return in the portal above.
      3. Refunds will be made back to the original method of payment.
      4. If your return package is not shipped within 7 days of the issue of your request, then your request will expire, and the return shipping label will no longer be valid.
      5. Please pack your return in protective packaging for shipment and use the free shipping label provided through the portal above.
      6. We kindly ask that you allow up to 15 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons.

     

     ABOUT KOVER RETURN ASSURANCE:

    Get peace of mind while purchasing final sale items when you add Kover Return Assurance.

    You’ll have the option to return eligible final sale items for a refund by adding Return Assurance at checkout. We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions will apply. If you don’t add Return Assurance, you will still have the option to receive store credit or exchange the item.

    All standard return policies apply to eligible item(s).The item(s) must be new, unworn, in the same condition in which you received them, and in the original shoebox with dust bag and tags attached. Shoes should be tried on a soft, carpeted surface to prevent any signs of wear and tear on the leather and soles.

    Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

    To initiate a return, please email Daniella Shevel at service@daniellashevel.com with your order number and reason for return.

    Daniella Shevel will provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic orders. We are unable to offer free return shipping on eligible item(s) returned. We will deduct a standard $15 return shipping fee from your refund when processing the return.

    Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Please note, the cost of Return Assurance is nonrefundable. 

     

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

    DANIELLA SHEVEL, LLC (daniellashevel.com) does not accept returns on any items purchased from any retailers other than daniellashevel.com. We are happy to answer any questions related to DANIELLA SHEVEL products but are unable to process any returns, exchanges, credits, refunds or repairs for any product purchased outside of daniellashevel.com. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions above.

    Daniellashevel.com will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records. Daniellashevel.com reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
