COMPLIMENTARY RETURNS ON U.S. ORDERS:
We accept any unworn and undamaged items within 14 days from when your shoes are delivered.
For exchanges, after the first exchange is made and should there still be a need to return, please note we can only issue an exchange or store credit at that point. We thank you for understanding our strict policies as a small business.
All returns & exchanges must include the following:
- Shoes in their original condition placed in original shoebox with dust bag. Shoes should be tried on a soft, carpeted surface to prevent any signs of wear and tear on the leather and soles.
- Return shipping label.
Please be kind to your soles until you have made up your mind. Items with signs of wear and tear or worn soles will be rejected and returned to sender. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back and will incur a $30 charge for processing and return shipping.
PURCHASE OF SALE ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT ONLY. Refunds and exchanges will be credited in the form of a DANIELLA SHEVEL gift card. Please submit sale exchange & return requests through the portal link below.
STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR RECEIVE STORE CREDIT:
- Log in to our RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PORTAL to provide your order information and follow the instructions to process your return seamlessly.
- You can choose to receive a refund, exchange for something else, or receive store credit for your return in the portal above.
- Refunds will be made back to the original method of payment.
- If your return package is not shipped within 7 days of the issue of your request, then your request will expire, and the return shipping label will no longer be valid.
- Please pack your return in protective packaging for shipment and use the free shipping label provided through the portal above.
- We kindly ask that you allow up to 15 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed. Process time may be longer during peak seasons.
International orders are currently non-refundable. Shoes are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. Exports from the United States are subject to taxes and duties as determined by the destination country.
DANIELLA SHEVEL, LLC (daniellashevel.com) does not accept returns on any items purchased from any retailers other than daniellashevel.com. We are happy to answer any questions related to DANIELLA SHEVEL products but are unable to process any returns, exchanges, credits, refunds or repairs for any product purchased outside of daniellashevel.com. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions above. Daniellashevel.com will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records. Daniellashevel.com reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
